Butterflies

Did you know that fireflies send glowing love messages, butterflies dance to find their partners, and crickets sing tiny love songs?

This Valentine's Day, we'll uncover the extraordinary ways little creatures find and connect with one another. Inspired by the secret romances of fireflies, butterflies, moths, and other curious insects, children will create whimsical collages, imagine their own wild love stories, and craft a one-of-a-kind love gift for someone special.

A day of curious discoveries, wild imaginations, and love in its most unexpected forms!

Tiny Creatures, Big Love Stories

​

How do fireflies find each other in the dark? Why do butterflies dance, moths follow mysterious scents, and crickets sing? We'll discover the surprising ways insects communicate, attract one another, and find their perfect match.

​

Wild Collages & Imaginary Love Bugs

Inspired by the colors, patterns, and curious shapes of insects and flowers, we'll experiment with paper, fabric scraps, natural treasures, and recycled materials to create whimsical collages and extraordinary little creatures.

​

A Love Gift Like No Other

Forget ordinary Valentine's cards! Each child will dream up and handcraft a one-of-a-kind gift for a parent, friend, or someone they love — a little piece of art filled with imagination, care, and a story of its own.

What to Bring: A packed lunch, snacks, and a water bottle. Dress for creative, sometimes messy adventures!

Outdoor Time: Our art studio will be our cozy home base. Short outdoor explorations may happen if weather conditions allow.

​

For Our Youngest Artists: Children must be potty-trained and comfortable participating in a drop-off program.

​
